I've been raised in sports. A healthy mind in a healthy body has always been my mantra.
After 20 years scaling multi-million-dollar tech enterprises worldwide, I reached a point of burnout. Through coaching, I recently understood that the issue extended beyond the relentless hours and stress. It was deeply rooted in the prevailing corporate culture that prioritized short-term gains.
That experience became my catalyst for change to build my own business that would be not only successful but also meaningful. I decided to tackle the root cause of the burnout I had experienced firsthand.
